I completed the Association for Talent Development (ATD) assessment. Regarding Building Personal Capability out of 49 skills assessed I scored 87% Regarding Impacting Organizational Capability out of 69 skills assess I scored 78%. Regarding Developing Professional Capability out of 71 skills assessed I scored 74%.

My top 3 Capabilities include Project Management, Training Delivery -Facilitation and Consulting - Business Partnering. This is accurate because I currently work in a federal job in which I manage a project. My high assessment in Project Management may be because my program is successful within my organization. Training Delivery and Facilitation is rated high because my program is facilitation driven. I manage a  two-day workshop in which I have to facilitate an assessment of our partners logistical capabilities and then provide feedback for improvement through discussions and a written report to assist in obtaining funding. Lastly, within my organization, I have to network and reach out to our partners to gain interest. I am good at networking and displaying the value in my services.  

My top three areas for improvement are Technology Application, Learning Sciences and Data Analytics. This is also accurate due to fact that my program was 100% in person, face to face until the pandemic. Now I have transformed the workshop into an online forum, there are many lessons that need to be learned. Learning Sciences and Data analytics. I currently work with data analyst that provide the research and data to support my program. This is an area I’m willing to improve upon.
